„Alles prima

Hübsches Zimmer, nett eingerichtet, das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr gut erreichbar

Die Küchenzeile war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, ich hätte mir z.B. ein Brotmesser und einen Toaster gewünscht.

„Zweckmäßige und ruhige Unterkunft mit nahem U-Bahn Anschluß

Sehr ansprechender Frühstücksraum mit dem Haus entsprechender Vielfältigkeit der Auswahl.

Drittes Bett nur Liegesessel , der das ohnehin nicht so großzügige Zimmer noch kleiner machte und Bewegung vor allem in der Nacht erschwerte

"Wir mochten die Lage und das Frühstück."

"Kürzlich am 24-11-2023 Abend habe ich im Central Hotel-Apart übernachtet, und leider wurde meine Erfahrung durch eine frustrierende Begegnung mit der Rezeptionistin getrübt. Bei der Anreise wurde mir eine Erhöhung der Parkgebühren in den letzten 24 Stunden mitgeteilt. Als ich dies jedoch in Frage stellte und zeigte, dass sich der Buchungspreis nicht geändert hatte, gab die Rezeptionistin einen Fehler zu. Darüber hinaus gab es Verwirrung bezüglich des Frühstückspreises, der bereits in unserer Buchung enthalten war. Während dieser Interaktionen fehlte es dem Ton der Rezeptionistin an Respekt und war eher unhöflich. Solche Erfahrungen können die Wahrnehmung eines Gastes erheblich beeinträchtigen. Obwohl die Hotelausstattung zufriedenstellend war, ließ der Kundenservice zu wünschen übrig. Ich hoffe, dieses Feedback hilft dem Management, das Training des Personals und die Kundenbeziehungen zu verbessern, um künftigen Gästen einen angenehmeren Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen."

sehr freundliches Personal, ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstücksbuffet

hatten als Familie „Doppelzimmer mit Verbindungstüre“ gebucht. Letztlich waren es zwei nebeneinanderliegende Zimmer mit durch zusätzliche Tür abschließbarer ergänzender Flurnische. Auch ok aber anders als erwartet und man muss in dem Fall bei kleinen Kindern immer die Zimmerzugangskarten an sich tragen, um nicht Gefahr zu laufen ausgeschlossen zu werden

Great apartment with everything you need for a week

The room had everything I needed, a bit dated but was perfect for what I needed

It would be great if there were basic cooking ingredients available, like oil, salt and pepper. The rooms were a bit dated but not much to complain about really!

Easy check in after office hours & checkout at 12 noon which is very relaxing (but not common anymore in other places). Nice room with a view & small self catering facilities. I enjoyed it - thank you.

Good

The room was very comfortable and had everything needed for cooking. The view from the balcony was lovely. It was properly clean too.

The check in for late arrivals could have been more smooth, especially considering that the hotel is listed as one with 24 hs reception when in reality it is not.

Wonderful

There's a kitchen in each room, and a balcony. As well as a common gym, which isn't that common with chain hotels. Though the gym is limited, it's always vacant and good enough.

The shower curtains are placed in such a way that while showering, the water still splashes outside of the shower's splash zone. A slight inconvenience only though, as compared to many other establishments, some with even no curtains at all...

Great value for Oktoberfest

Good price. Quiet neighborhood. Bahnhof nearby.

The rooms were clean enough. They were a bit dated, but one of the rooms even though marked as non-smoking smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.

Breakfast was excellent - wide range of hot/cold food.

It was Octoberfest and it was very expensive for the level of accommodation - very dated decor
